Step 5 - Final Acceptance

12 months after Preliminary Acceptance, Goulburn Valley Water will, provided there are no outstanding breaches of the Agreement (including any payments due) and no outstanding Defects Notice from Goulburn Valley Water to carry out Remedial Action, issue to the Consultant, Final Acceptance.

The Defects Security amount will be returned the Developer on issuing Final Acceptance. 

This obligation of the Developer under this Condition applies for a period of five (5) years from Final Acceptance.

Upon satisfactory completion of the Final Acceptance Audit, the Final Acceptance Certification (PDF, 127kb) must be submitted.
