Every five years Goulburn Valley Water is required to submit a plan to Victoria's economic regulator, the Essential Sservices Commission. The submitted plan outlines our future prices, service levels and infrastructure investments. We develop our submissions from extensive engagement with customers and community, ensuring the plan reflect threir prferences and priorities.
Our 2023-28 Price Plan was approved by the Essential Services Commission in June 2023.
We're working with customers to implement projects and recommendations in the current Price Plan and will keep the community updated through our website, newsletters, media and social media.
