We are committed to providing excellent levels of service to our customers and the community, and we know it can be inconvenient when we don’t meet the targets we’ve set for our water or sewer services. Impacted communities may be eligible for a payment if we don’t meet specific community service levels.
We identified five breaches related to sewer spills in 2023/24 - two in Mooroopna and one each in Grahamvale, Shepparton and Marysville.

Here is how Grahamvale Primary School has used it's funding.
Grahamvale Primary School - bringing the school's planter box to life
Grahamvale Primary School has used its Community Rebate Program funding to develop a watering system for the 85 metre long and 2.5 metre wide planter box that has been developed by the school along a section of its northern and western boundaries.
Grace and Jett (pictured above) are the school's Community Leaders and are among the 351 students overseeing the growth of 40 new Ornamental Pear trees, which have now been planted in the garden beds - each with its own water dripper.
The new trees have replaced Pine trees that were causing damage to the school's artificial turf.
When fully grown the new trees will be nine metres tall and provide an attractive wind break for the school's playground.
