As part of our Price Plan 2023-28, we set 16 performance measures based on what customers told us was important to them about our services.
They align to our four outcomes:
1
|
We will provide reliable water and wastewater services customers can trust |
2
|
We will lead action and partner with our communities to grow the region |
3
|
We will care for the environment and adapt to a future impacted by climate variability |
4
|
We will deliver respectful and responsive customer service, balancing affordability, value for money and fairness. |
Each year, we ask our Customer Accountability Panel to assess our performance on each of the measures, which we use as the basis to develop our performance report. This report is submitted to our independent regulator, the Essential Services Commission.
In 2024/25, we have continued to make excellent progress on a number of measures in the second year of our five-year plan. Overall, we continue to meet targets for three of our four outcomes, and we met or were very close to meeting most of the 16 performance measures.
