Water Accounts are issued to customers three times
per year and require payment within 28 days from the
date of issue.
Accounts are usually posted to customers, however
you can sign up on our website to receive your
account via email. We also offer a variety of ways for
you to pay your account and can assist you if you are
having financial difficulty.
As the owner and occupier of a property you are
responsible for service and usage charges, details

If you are a residential tenant and your property is separately metered, your landlord can make you responsible for payment of water usage charges. More information about tenant responsibilites can be found here.
