Water accounts are issued to customers three times per year and are due for payment 28 days from the date of issue.


Switch to eBilling

Most accounts are sent by post, however you can request to receive your water account by email. E-billing gives you anytime, anywhere access to your bill, so it's easy to find when you need it. You can switch to email billing at any time by completing this online form.
